A clear notice about the information this site uses.

The booking page embeds Calendly's scheduling widget, which is loaded from Calendly and applies its own cookie and privacy controls. Anything you enter to book a call is handled by Calendly under the Calendly privacy notice. The booking details are then kept in HubSpot, the customer-relationship system imivs consulting uses to prepare for and follow up on calls. Please do not include passwords, payment-card details, health information, or other sensitive information when you book.

When a booking is completed, the site records only that a booking happened, which booking button started it, and the campaign labels described below. No name, email address, or answer from the booking form is sent to Google Analytics.

Google Analytics measures public-page views and non-personal interaction events, such as clicks on booking buttons and completed bookings. It starts only after you interact with a page or stay on it for a few seconds, and Google signals are turned off.

The site also stores limited first-party interaction records in Supabase, such as the page path, button location, action type, and referring page. These records do not include names, email addresses, company names, free-form messages, or browser user-agent strings.

When the link you arrive from carries campaign tags (UTM parameters), they are kept in session storage for the current browser session and passed to Calendly with a booking, so the booking shows which campaign it came from. The site also remembers which booking button you used, and on which page, in local storage for up to two hours, so a booking finished in another tab is credited to the right button. Neither is used to identify you.

Inquiries submitted through the contact form the site used before September 2026 are stored in Supabase and are available only through the protected admin workflow.

• Understand which pages, campaigns, and services lead to booked calls.

• Maintain business records when reasonably necessary.

The site uses Calendly to schedule calls; HubSpot as the customer-relationship system for bookings, inquiries, follow-up, and privacy requests; Supabase to store limited first-party interaction records and earlier inquiries; Google Analytics to measure public-site usage; and hosting and infrastructure providers to deliver and protect the website. These providers process information only as needed to provide their services under their own terms and privacy practices.

Booking, inquiry, and privacy-request records are kept only as long as reasonably needed to respond, operate the business, maintain necessary records, and address security or legal obligations. Reasonable technical and access controls are used, but no online system can guarantee absolute security.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of information you have shared with imivs consulting. Use the privacy request form below. It is hosted by HubSpot, applies HubSpot's own privacy controls, and sends your request straight to the same private CRM, so no personal email address needs to be published.

You can also limit analytics through browser privacy controls or an analytics-blocking extension. Blocking analytics does not prevent you from booking a call.
